Aldinga Hotel advertises its courtesy bus from 4pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. It does not publish scheduled stops or fixed hourly departures. Treat 4pm as the start of the operating window, not a guaranteed pickup at every location.
Build your own evening timeline
Start with your table booking or planned arrival. Call the driver early enough to agree on a pickup that gets you to the venue without rushing. Confirm the return during the same call, then allow room for traffic and other passengers. A confirmed arrangement is more useful than guessing from an old social post.
Pickup checklist
Have the street address, suburb, number of adults, preferred pickup time and a mobile contact ready. Mention mobility requirements or a larger group before the driver accepts the trip. Ask whether the vehicle will stop at the address or at a nearby safe meeting point.
If the bus cannot take your trip
Keep a second transport option and do not leave the return until closing time. Parking and directions are covered separately, and rideshare or taxi availability can vary across the southern coastal suburbs. The venue’s current answer should guide the final plan.
